Melting Metal

Metallic ice cream drips, or melting silver? I don’t know what they are, just that they make me think of summer and heat and yummy cold sweets.

To Do:
1. Paint a solid, two-coat base.
2. Make your “drips” in black, slightly larger than you would if they were the only color.
3. Trace the same drips in silver, keeping just inside the form and size of the black. The black should act as a shadow, not an outline–that’s why I didn’t do the silver first and trace it in black. It looks stenciled, and less drip-y.
